Rear Fender for Kukirin G4 2025

Rear fender designed specifically for the Kukirin G4 2025. Covers more of the wheel than the stock part, so less water and mud reaches your back and the brake.

1. Remove the two bolts of the stock fender (4 mm hex key).
2. Take the old fender off.
3. Fit the new fender and line up the holes with the frame.
4. Tighten the original bolts — no excessive force, "snug plus a quarter turn" is enough.
5. Check that the wheel spins freely and nothing rubs.

Installation time: about 5 minutes. If your bolts are corroded, we can add new ones — mention it in the order notes.

Material: PETG (ASA on request — better UV resistance).
Layer height: 0.2 mm, 4 walls, 40% gyroid infill.
Every fender is cleaned of supports after printing and checked on a test frame.

Replacement: if the part cracks within 30 days of normal riding, we print a new one, no questions asked.
